Is Hire.Expert free to use?

As a user, you can review an expert on Hire.Expert at no cost. You can also submit project requests, browse experts, message experts, and post discussions.

What happens after I create a customer account?

After you create your customer profile, we will verify your contact details to confirm your information. This ensures our experts receive real quality leads. We expect all our users to be honest and genuine.

What can I do if my expert isn't responsive?

We apologize on their behalf for their lack of communication. We will reach out to the expert directly. If they are still unresponsive, we will help find you another expert. Unfortunately, connecting with an expert isn't guaranteed, but you can submit another request anytime.

Does my project come with a warranty?

Each expert is fully insured and licensed. Although we currently do not offer a warranty from our end, you can ask the expert about their warranties and guarantees.

How do I report an inappropriate post or message?

To report a post, please visit the post page and find the report post section to submit your claim. To report a message, please go to the message thread and select report message at the top.
